Strategic Solutions for Productivity, Quality and Reliability Extreme demands in terms of reliability, productivity, quality and safety are placed on plant and process technology. Investment intensive, high capacity plants and the concentration of costs in the manufacturing processes call for provident condition based maintenance strategies as well as extended process control. At ACIDA, we see our task in taking into account productivity and quality, in conjunction with plant reliability! What we call Level 2 Monitoring at ACIDA is a holistic approach to plant and process monitoring: It is not only our goal to prevent the failure of a roller bearing, but to help our customers achieve an optimal maintenance strategy by optimising the drive train. It is not our goal to offer temporary measures, but to produce long term solutions, leading to stable processes and suitable machine conditions Custom Tailored Solutions ACIDA solutions provide a bridging between productivity, quality and plant availability. In cooperation with our business partners we develop solutions tailored to the needs of each individual customer and supply the required equipment, tools and services: Trouble shooting and operational measurements - rapid redress or preliminary inquiries A wide variety of sensors and interfaces - assembly of an optimal data pool Monitoring equipment with diagnostic algorithms - targeted monitoring and information management Development of measures - recommendation of strategic measures based on the collected information Products and Services Industrial torque sensors for torque loads from 1 Nm and shafts up to 1500 mm (60 inch) in size. Speed and angle of torsion transducers capable of using the pulse sequences of existing flange joints. Monitoring soft- and hardware solutions for industrial applications with multi-sensor signal recording and customised, automated diagnostic features. Vibration monitoring of gears, rolling bearings and drive trains. Field services, i.e. operational measurements and trouble shooting with continuous signal recording for torques, forces, stress, strains, vibrations, temperatures etc. for periods of a few hours to several months. Engineering Services: multi-body simulation and stress analyses using the latest software tools and extensive computer capacities Tele-service for remote diagnostics and monitoring system maintenance.
